The hotel's location is good and despite a
major snowfall a few days earlier, it was easy to get into the parking lot. The room was comfortable and provided with nice amenities, though I wish there had been more dining options available on-site.

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend in Williams with the best value for money ratio. The desk attendant quickly resolved a fraud issue we had, which was a relief. Make sure to check the breakfast options because they are mostly carbs and minimal.

The room was cozy and had a fridge and microwave, which made it super handy for late-night snacks. We loved relaxing in the heated pool and the jacuzzi after a long day of exploring. The breakfast could've had a bit more variety, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Comfortable stay with great service
During my stay, I found the service to be exceptional and the amenities quite enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were particularly nice after a long day of travel. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to several dining options and local attractions. However, the room had a slight unpleasant smell that could be improved.

indoor pool, close proximity to Route 66 bars, affordable rates
The room conditions could use a serious upgrade!!! Stained pillows, flickering lights, and an unclean hot tub definitely left a bad impression. Fix the power issues and refresh the decor for a more welcoming feel!!!

Couples seeking budget-friendly option
The staff were really friendly & helpful, which made it easier to enjoy our stay. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, like a fridge and microwave.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

My stay here was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting the grand canyon. It exceeded my expectations compared to my last stay in williams due to the friendly service and nice amenities. The breakfast was a nice touch as well.

missingWrote a review on May 28stained pillowsoutdated amenities
Walking into my room revealed some concern with cleanliness. three out of six pillows had stains, and the flickering bathroom light didn’t provide comfort. I had issues with the air conditioning staying on and the TV frequently cutting in and out, which didn't make for restful evenings. Overall, the hotel could benefit from updated amenities, as the hot tub looked uninvitingly dirty, and the vending machines appeared worn and mostly empty. Breakfast options skewed towards the carb-heavy side, lacking protein or freshness, forcing us to seek local eats instead.
